Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, new launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Times & Delivery

After your order has been processed (3–4 business days), it will be handed over to the shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery time after processing:

  • Standard Shipping:
    10–14 business days

Please keep in mind:

  • These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and customs (for international orders).

  • The total time from placing your order to receiving it is usually around 13–18 business days (processing + shipping).


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order.
Any discounts or free shipping offers will be shown before you complete your purchase.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if available from the carrier).

  • You can track your order using the link provided in your email.

If you haven’t received tracking details after the processing window (3–4 business days), please contact us at [your email address].


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for International Orders)

For international shipments (if applicable):

  • Customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges may be applied once the package reaches the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

  • The customer is responsible for any additional charges imposed by customs.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.


6. Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was unclaimed, we can:

    • Reship the order to a corrected address (additional shipping fees may apply), or

    • Offer a refund for the product cost excluding the original shipping fee.

If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at thepingahouse@gmail.com . We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or shipped.


7. Delays Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • The shipping carrier

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Natural disasters

  • Strikes or other events outside our control

We will always do our best to help you track your package and support you, but we cannot issue refunds solely due to carrier delays.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost packages:

  • If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package:

    • Please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office first.

    • If you still cannot locate it, contact us at thepingahouse@gmail.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

Damaged items:

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thepingahouse@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
